Re conflicting shipping/receiving reports: It's quite possible that Gateway ships direct to customers (there is a bit of historical precedent behind that assertion). If so, shipments fulfilling orders placed from a certain store (i.e. Sarasota) may never actually be received by that store, instead going directly to the store's customers. So 'Matt' and the store may both have given factual answers.
