SHREVEPORT, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 27, 2005--Petrol Industries, Inc. (OTCBB: PTLD), an energy services company, announced today that it has completed the sale of its oil wells in Caddo Pine Island Field in Louisiana and Texas. The Company sold the wells to Black Dragon Resource Companies for $3 million in a combination of preferred stock and a note. The company plans to use the proceeds to acquire additional oil services equipment to meet the growing demand from its customers.

RM own some too. understand she open a eating place in oil city,this company is operator of all the lease that bdgr own. joe was going make money draining money bdgr make off oil prodution to his pocket. then oil went wild and make big money. petro ind hire some good person to built pipe line for themself for gas sale out caddo lake,bdgr sold that and guy in charge of open close well. he getting more production out of these wells than what they could do by them selfs. the company that sue bdgr, joe run it and drain all money out of it and that company has over billion share out standing. the man now running the company a bigger crook than joe.
joe think joe did jail time fro than. he ban for life in security busniess, he ran firm and did things. he real crook. bdgr run out office he own in oil city and he got glass in office. mario used to have office there too. maybe perto ind lease office space there too and rest of joe companies. this could be great company if joe and all of his hoods were not involed with it. barry was the only good person that was there. all these well they drilling , the money came from producess of saleing caddo lake back to gemini. bdgr was going by gemini.that fell though. they pump that and stock went to 2 dollars a share. stock in this range what stock selling for will make money on buy out. joe control who get the conpany. joe need to go to jail and throw away key to his cell.
