1) What is the status of the SSTP dividend?

2) What is the status with the planned Merger with ONYI?
If no merger, has ONYI just liscenced USSE technology in lieu of ONYI stock ? Will those ONYI shares held in the USSE treasury be distributed to shareholders ? If so, in what fashion ?

3) If no merger occurs w/ONYI is there any plan and timeline to get USSE & SSTP into fully reporting companies ?

4) Is the t-dock at the Natchez facility under contract with USSE? (dock where barges load in/out)

5) Is the liquid loading facility under contract with USSE?

6) Do the tank farm in the photos belong to USSEC in any way?

7) Does USSE hold all necessary permits to produce and sell fuel at the Natchez facility?

8) What is the status of the patents?

9) The logistics to make this happen without interruptions in supply and distribution has to be huge, and scaleable as more reactors are brought online. Can you give a brief overview of the logistics and how much is in place and ready to go when USSE is ready for production?

If anyone is compiling questions for the conference call, I think it would be excellent to include one question focusing on the earlier steps--in particular showing the biofuel actually has any commercial value above the cost to produce it. They seem to be very, very light on that area.

So far the company has just thrown out a bunch of random data to see what would stick with investors.
