Any kinder and I'd have to borrow your handkerchief .. sniff .. sniff .. Sniffles was created by Chuck Jones early in his career and debuted in the 1939 cartoon, "Naughty But Mice". He was initially designed by Bob Givens, but was slightly altered several times. Though the cartoons lack the comedy found in the work of the other directors, they do have a certain charm to them. They are beautifully animated and have a little bit more of a realistic quality to them. There are a few funny moments to be found in Sniffles cartoons, you just have to pay attention.
Sniffles seemed to have a multiple personality disorder.
