LOL. I asked Mark the same question. The only answer he had, was that the DTC works at a 'snails pace'. But I finally realized that there are other things going on that Mark is possibly not aware of.

I'm sure it also has a lot to do with the fact that they hired a new TA. I'm assuming, the share count had to be started all over, which is probably why we've had further delays. My broker still says that the DTC is waiting on 'word from the company', so I guess the TA hasn't notified them yet. TM has said all along that 'time is our friend', so I wonder if he has been able to finalize his joint venture deal that was in last Julys pr, while the TA does the share count.

Hopefully we'll know the answers this week.
