Its not about the help. Its about how easy it is for the masses to install and use.

I'm using a Dell PC running WinXP SP2 - pretty straightforward. If there are some known configurations they can't deal with, the install should check for those conditions and report as such. Don't take 30 minutes of Joe User's time installing only to find it won't work - it leaves a bad taste in Joe's mouth.

Joe is not going to the technical forums on their web site to seek help.

Here is where the Mac has always ruled - the User Experience. Apple will get Apple TV right.
