Maybe someone in the area could check for construction permits applied for. I don't know how things are done in Canada but here in Texas permit aplications are one of the first pre-construction priorities. Should be public info.
By the way, I have been in ACMG for about a month and read this board religiously. There are some great posters here. This is my first post on Ihub, prefer to read unless I can contribute something useful.
