Yea I saw that. I wouldnt think they would put the name of the owners of an empty lot or building on the list. When the buliding starts producing, reciving mail, has phone lines, and it says ALCAR CHEMICAL on the side, then I think it will be on the list. I cant call, can you? Anyone? Maybe someone could be sneaky and say "I need an exact address for the Alcar building to mail a package or somthing" Are we even sure this is the right place?
