Gotcha....do your DD on it and advertsing can be changed. Just look at how they changed the marketing on diet drugs during the ephedra problems. Everything (which is not much) they have put out thus far has been based on sales internationally....mainly Europe. I am sure it would not be hard to put another label on the bottle and call it the US version with all the NDA on it.

I don't give a flying f$%^ about WalMart along with 99% of everyone else in at these prices down here. I'm just in it down here because I think it could have a short cover rally from this level and I can make some serious quick coin.
