Doma, Perhaps odd, but definitely part of the spec's. TPM 1.2 and this PC is designed for students throughout developing nations (India, China, Brazil--lots of kids there!). It also appears to me that it is indeed an Intel PC:

Doma--The TPM 1.2 is used to enable a bullet proof Classroom Virtual Network. The last thing kids needs is to have their network hijacked by perverts.

This was discussed on the board before. This cheap PC will have a TPM so that it can be financed (securely) on a pay-as-you-use basis, a strategy to make these PCs attractive to third world consumers.
