Over pumps his company???? He lied outright!!! He made up information about huge contracts while diluting the crap out the stock. He has been formally charged, and I hope he rots in jail because of it. I lost big $ there.
O.K. - enough of my rant. I see absolutely no similarity between Jim Plant and Mike Terrell. I hope I'm right....
I think the high profile people can just as easily be the reason not to halt it. Proving (or disproving) their involvement should be pretty easy for the SEC. And proving they are involved adds considerably to the legitimacy of the company.
Thinking that their stated involvement should cause a halt only follows if you believe they are not really involved and MT released false info.
