'TDAs' - Very much so ...two potential cans of worms...."if" such issues did exist! Let's say something 'awry' was in play. I would suspect any action against PNMS would be minimal for two reasons ! 1)Less costly to chase international liability. 2) We have the luxury of having a very close relative to the Panamanian President with a confirmed affiliation to PMNS and do I not believe the American Gov't would 'rock the boat' over what would be a very small issue when taking into light current global affairs!.
