Yes, although they are few and far between.

There is no missle defense system that could have averted this. It happened too fast - and was a commercial flight. No one saw this coming - I don't know who could have seen this coming. There was no defense system that could have prevented this.

Just like there is no proof of global warming. Yet.

But how embarrassing is it that the Pentagon could be attacked so easily? I can easily accept the fact that a system could be developed to defend the Pentagon, White House and other important government buildings.
