just amend the filings post hoc & disclose important developments after the CC & then, awwwww, shoot, we scheduled that damn SHM & some of the S/Hs are actually gonna show up even after we discouraged it!!!

well, prolly better to tell a few dozen about the fact that the "cashflow breakeven in 2004" prediction was about 12-18 months off...
