"PLKC is ready to rock !!" ... why????
Did they get a new washing machine?? or did they score some Tide?
just being a little sarcastic, but outside of Sean and Dewey's need for a quick pump for some lunch money is there a single reason in the world that this would "rock"??
If by that you mean a quick pump, I understand, but long term I don't see any sort of steady rise. They have more than 1Billion o/s and are in a business that collect quarters.... the last filing says the following things:
"M. Dewey Bain, our Chief Executive Officer, holds a promissory note whereby we owe him $401,335 of principal and accrued interest as of January 29, 2007." - now that's a lot of quarters!
"While these acquisitions were originally intended to be done with a combination of cash and stock, we determined that, given the current price and liquidity of our common stock, potential acquisition targets strongly prefer receiving cash in exchange for assets rather than equity at this time"
"We have no present agreements or definitive plans to acquire any additional businesses at the present time;"
And on top of this the a/s is likely to go to 5Billion at the same time they r/s. I don't know....I just don't get it. I just don't see a single positive thing happening here with the exception of the occassional pump so Sean can have some spending money...
I know there are MANY more negatives but if I'm missing something positive please let me know.
Good luck with your investment, I really do wish you the best with it.
Take care!!
