So it looks like we trade tomorrow and priority is on changing the name, cusip, and becomming a reporting company.

Ah, this is the best news stockholders have had in a long time, not because it is all certain to happen, but because, with the company under intense scrutiny, the principals had better hope the press release is accurate. God help them if it is not; nobody else will.

The bad news is, "It is a long detailed process expected to take several months to complete." It would not take several months to complete if the company had any accurate books of account at the ready and was really ready to perform all the wonders set forth in previous press releases. I mentioned TNOG earlier (another "oil" company), which issued a similar press release at the end of 2005, then promptly produced sham financial statements. Well, we can hope.

But I won't wait "several months" for the good things to start happening.

At least, when poked with a stick, the company actually responded.

easy, I've got to say, I was expecting a little more from the company in the past 10 days then they are retaining legal counsel. Tomorrow doesn't look good. GLTA, Dan

even with Quickbooks for small companies($350 software)the report can be done instantly?

not a joking matter this company has issues and this may be the downfall.
