Boston, I own a 4M$ construction company. From time to time we do public works for cites, schools etc. In order to get the bonding we need we have to produce audited financials. This requires a CPA firm to send out several auditors and pour over all of our records. They dig deep and ask questions. THEY DO NOT JUST TAKE US AT OUR WORD BUT COME TO THEIR OWN CONCLUSIONS. If they are inaccurate their license is on the line. We have a $10K software program which runs our company. I can produce accurate financials any day of the week but not auditied. If I pay a special bonus I can get it done in about 6 weeks. However, I would expect BIGN to have completed this at EOY as part of their DD for the E. Texas LOI.
