No kidding...If the housing market continues to tank, the rest of the economy will follow. IMO.
I knew that my business was going to pick up, but didn't county on some of my clients filing BK, (Mortgage Lenders Network, People's Choice Home Loan etc) and others are on the verge (New Century Mortgage, Fremont, Accredited Home Loans etc).
