barge - I agree with you

This is an excellent article. I can elaborate, but you'd probably already know what I would say.

This will definitely get things started for WXP, because Microsoft has to compete with Apple, and has budget set aside to do so.

Let the fun begin

barge...Add me to the list that has always believed in TVTonic & your optimism. I remember a time, long ago, when Wavexpress was for sale, the idea was that we would still be the technology & collect revenue but have the acceleration of an established media company. Seems like this idea could be resurrected again, maybe just a partner even. If MSFT is touting us & we have some gorilla partner at TVTonic, seems like we could really go big league fast.

Wouldnt that blow away the hedge funds (if any....but I believe it)

Wave's partner, NIVEUS PC, is also noted in the Online Reporter for providing a truly killer applications feature.

"When a consumer
wants to have the PC display on the TV set, he uses the "TV input"
button on the TV's remote control to select the PC for input."

Imagine that! You sit in your living room with a Remote and decide you want to watch content that sits inside your PC on your TV Wide Screen. So how do you get that content to jump over to your TV? Just press the "TV Input" button on your remote and there it is: The TVTonic Menu pops up on your TV Screen with Channels for you to select your content. You select the channel you want, and the content is INSTANTLY playing on your wide screen! JUST LIKE TV!!! TALK ABOUT THE KILLER OF KILLER APPLICATIONS!

20m Installed Base
With 20 million Xbox 360s already in consumer homes, there's a large
market waiting. When connected, an extender like Xbox and a Media
Center PC automatically find each other over a wired or Wi-Fi
network. "Media Center" appears on the Xbox "Start" menu, allowing
the user to select a video that's on the PC and play it on the TV.

Without Xbox or a Media Center Extender, consumers can only use
TVTonic on the PC. However, some PCs such as one from Niveus are now
designed to go in the "stack" of home entertainment boxes and can be
easily connected to use the TV set as the display. When a consumer
wants to have the PC display on the TV set, he uses the "TV input"
button on the TV's remote control to select the PC for input.
