The immediate future is difficult. In order to get growth they need funds. The stock is so totally depressed that dillution would be catastrophic. So their option is bootstrap. Earn a little spend a little. When the SEC overhang is clear there will be a dramatic improvement in share price assuming no serious bad news. Once the share price is at the two dollar range secondary funding will probably take place. Then real progress can bemade on the Strat.
