Nope, it is far worse than that...and not illegal....The CEO of GZFX is printing billions upon billions of shares and selling them directly into the OS and the float....pssssstttttt....its called dilution due to death spiral financing with a hedge fund!
The CEO gets wealthy, the hedge fund makes a minimum of 18% return, and the shareholders get shafted....but entirely legal!
I'm affraid that the "law" is going to step in and the honest shorters will have to suffer. I understand maybe looking for the bashers or pumpers but thats not going to happen. They'll restrict the shorters which will only restrict me.
