Not true Bigfootbud. GZFX is not printing and selling shares. GZFX is dipping into a line of credit so to speak underwritten with debentures given by GZFX which the bankroller can then cash in for shares of stock. They can hold as many debentures as they want to hold and up to 9.9% of the O/S at any one time. They can sell the shares and cash in more debentures they hold at will. We have no debt, and unfortunately for the investors due to the suffering pps, this is how they are basically paying for day to day operations, a heck of a lot of other irons they have in the fire, and seemingly some excessively high and continuing consulting fees.
