I never thought he claimed the strategies were illegal. I love that video -- watch it every couple of weeks.. Going to have to watch it again. ;)

Ok, just watched the Cramer video again. He never says that it's illegal, he says just the opposite, that it is in fact legal and the SEC won't change it.

By the way, I *LOVE* the statement, "It would be fabulous... because it would beleaguer all the moron longs." And then, "Mechanics are much more important than the fundamentals... Who cares about the fundamentals!?"

So many kool-aid drinkers need to watch this video.
