I dont think its legal to share swap and make the new shares restricted for a year. what makes you think that would happen? I know it can happen if they give us 1.3 for 1, they could restrict the .3, but now the 1 for 1.

OK....Really not understanding how they can take unrestricted shares from outside shareholders and make them restricted...

Can someone explain that to me ?

Restricted shares are usually used as long term incentive comp for insiders...
