CheezyTang, when researching the KSWJ suspension early 2006, I read somewhere that the SEC can either extend suspension or revoke registration if they see fit.

Regardless, the equation remains the same. If Dalian news, then SEC complaint is moot, as EQBM proves the assets in question. If no Dalian news, shorts have a field day trading us down to zero in the grays.
