I tried to figure out how "big" this company from the facts we do supposedly know. They have 5 employees maybe? let's see 30k/year average 150k/year. So maybe this company, assuming it has no debt is doing roughly a few hundred thousand a year?
Don't see why it would go to the pinkies unless it needed financing it could not get from a bank.
