Well, they did take in some cash for distributing flash drives and other items. That's a fact. They have also marketed this distribution capability and have gotten some sales this way. To this point, we haven't seen proof of their supposed IP but 5cap and others have described its technical advantage. Whether it is proprietary or not is the question. Nobody has seen that yet. I put this question as one of the top 3 that need answering for shareholders. If it is not there, then this is solely a third party distributorship at the most.
