KarlH her leaving is not a good omen. On the other hand of those on the board, she is the one loss easiest to accept. She had great credentials but I suspect she has little experience with a company in survival mode.
Karl, I cannot put a positive spin on it nor would I try. We do not know what is behind the change just like the mystery surrounding everything else with this company.
We do know that there is a JV venture being formed with Mexico and that there seems to be some interest by Raytheon in the Strat. We also know that this company which everyone signed the death certificate on is still operating and getting cash from somewhere and no I do not believe it is dilution. I do believe that no one would ever take stock in lieu of services rendered if there wasn't a payoff in the end. Other than that it would be pure speculation on my part and I will leave speculation to others most of whom will be negative.
You will not find negative posts from me regarding this company. If I lose my investment it will be my loss and to whine and complain about it serves no purpose. I do however believe the direction is forward not backward and there is a long way to go.
