so why would you think a judge would do that? Makes no sense at all, nothing to gain or lose by the judge. When a decision would be reached the judge would announce it makes no difference what other outside events are occuring. Have you started to accept conspiracy theories of your own?

It's possible the judge could just sit on it until the Internal Audit is disclosed, which could have happened.

"if the internal investigation is disclosed to the SEC, it may also be available to plaintiffs in class-action litigation.
