Thanks for the link. In terms of today's action and the first two columns, am I correct in saying that at 7:30 this morning, PERT was bidding .01 and GARC was asking .75? Obviously quite far apart, but if one could get it then why not. As the morning progresses, the bid/ask gets closer until a trade is made. That trade then shows up in the third column.
