Stock:

Zero cash for repayment of debt .... otherwise, why are we paying in shares. And why is it that shortly after the first 8K was released outlining the cash/share payment option, MOBL printed on the SHOW list ... and low and behold, we are being naked shorted above the Cornell weekly dumps .... into oblivion.

MOBL may have (decreasing) revenues, but it does not cover the bills. How much does Jay draw in salary per month? As SH we should have the right to know. Maybe he should take less of a draw until he can get this mess in order..

I do not like being negative, but we need some positive news and results from that news to brighten things up here.
