If we don't see it by April 2nd, then we will see the NT-10K the next day. Then then would have till the 17th...I wouldn't let William's far-fetched idea of some major restructuring occuring bring false hope.

Don't think tactics of this type don't draw the SEC's attention. I highly doubt JF and company will go this route due to their nature of how this business has been run the last few years. I anticipate the filing before the original 10K deadline.

it has only been filed once...."before april 1" ...for the 2002 ..2003...2004...2005.. fiscal years--so absolutely nothing is out of the ordinary this year...except for the fact that it is not just GAMEZNFLIX now....it is many companies...and is going to have to be listed as such(should be)---so i am eagerly going to watch nevada...and hopefully(99% thinking that it is..lol)..GNF ENTERTAINMENT llc...is..."us"...and i am very excited to see what names are listed as members....maybe some not from this country(depending on commonwealth/republic/state..don't have to be from this country as a member)...and hope that i see names there that are new to "some" people...but not me--i am also hoping that most of the assets will be carried under gnf entertainment llc(if it is "us")...etc..etc..etc--this turd of a stock has been brought down mainly by the consumer in my eyes..and will need management(they are still venture capitalists..eh?)..and key people in key places...more employees..more inventory..blah..blah--go back and read the past four 10-k's that have been filed...now look at the company today.....in fact...just look at last years 10-k.....it "aint" the same cookie...eh?--DOESN'T MEAN YOU ARE GOING TO "GET RICH" HERE..LOL...but for a speculator...it sure is fun --big scary..exciting..poor..wealthy times ahead---have fun!
