If we don't see it by April 2nd, then we will see the NT-10K the next day. Then then would have till the 17th...I wouldn't let William's far-fetched idea of some major restructuring occuring bring false hope.

Don't think tactics of this type don't draw the SEC's attention. I highly doubt JF and company will go this route due to their nature of how this business has been run the last few years. I anticipate the filing before the original 10K deadline.
