#12 - We know from the RRC that a permit was issued for a new Padgett 12 well. I know (but none of you know me) that the Phantom 1 is in a different location than it was when I visited in July and November. The rig is 1/4-1/3 mile from the highway. Most of the derrick was visible above the trees, close ups of photos I took show the Kelly (?) was in a drilling position, and the engine sounds sounded the same as I have heard before. My assumption is that they are actively drilling. No one knew I was going to the meeting, so there certainly wasn't any "dog and pony show" being put on for an investor at 6:00 Monday evening.
