Blue Diamond Ventures Announces Plan to Construct Bio-Diesel Facility in Belize Following Government Approval of Land Purchase
Friday March 16, 8:30 am ET

HOUSTON, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 16, 2007 -- Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. (Other OTC:BLDV.PK - News) today announced plans to construct a bio-diesel plant in Belize, with an eventual capacity of 50 million gallons per year (GPY). This follows approval from the Government of Belize for Blue Diamond to purchase 180 acres of land, forming part of the Old Lynam College in the Stann Creek District, which will serve as a headquarters for the company's bio-fuels, goat and research and development operations.

"The Government of Belize welcomes the strong interest shown by Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. in investing in Belize and, in doing so, contributing to economic growth and development of our country," said Joseph Waight, senior advisor in the Ministry of Finance. "The production of bio-fuels will be a key factor in our national goal of reducing our country's dependence on imported fossil fuels. We look forward to having Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. working in Belize, and we wish them all success in the future."

"This represents an important milestone for the company," said Blue Diamond's Chief Executive Officer John Quincey Moaning. "We look forward to working with the Government of Belize as we work to bring sustainable economic development to the country and increase shareholder value. There have been challenges along the way, but they have been overcome. I thank those involved who have worked patiently and determinedly to make today's agreement possible."

The breakthrough for Blue Diamond Ventures follows months of high-level talks led by Ambassador Philip Priestley, former British High Commissioner in Belize, who joined Blue Diamond Ventures last year, bringing with him 35 years' experience in trade, investment and bilateral relations promotion.

Welcoming today's announcement, Mr. Priestley commented he was glad the negotiations had been brought to a successful and mutually satisfactory conclusion.

"I am absolutely delighted to have been able to combine my career experience and skills and affection for Belize to help realize this agreement," acknowledged Mr. Priestley. "Bio-fuels will play an increasingly important part in meeting countries' energy needs in the years ahead, and this project would put Belize at the forefront of developments in this area."

Mr. Priestley noted he would remain fully committed to and engaged with the project and would oversee its economic development aspects.

Meanwhile, Blue Diamond has entered into serious discussions within the U.S. to construct a 50 million gallon bio-diesel plant and research facility, with a strong emphasis placed on creation of jobs, bio technological skill development and the promotion of entrepreneurship and agribusiness.

Blue Diamond also plans to work closely with the United States Department of Energy to advance the development of high-yielding biomass feedstock for bio-fuel production and promote research into state of the art bio-fuel processing technologies (2nd generation and higher, including enzymatic treatment of biomass to produce cellulosic bio-diesel and ethanol).

The implementation of the bio-fuels plant in Belize will start with the immediate set-up of a bio-diesel pilot plant at Lynam with an output capacity of 200,000 to 500,000 (GPY) and construction of a 2.5 million (GPY) Commercial Demonstration Facility later this year.

Blue Diamond Announces Plans to Build Goat Processing Facilities in Oklahoma and Belize
Thursday April 6, 2006 10:45 am ET

HOUSTON, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 6, 2006 -- Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. (Other OTC:BLDV.PK - News) announced today it plans to build goat processing facilities in Oklahoma and Belize, saying it will aggressively market the world's most eaten meat and its value-added products of milk and cheese throughout the U.S., Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.

"This market has been growing at an annual rate of 30 percent since 1990," said Blue Diamond Ventures CEO and President John Quincey Moaning. "Our business model calls for an aggressive approach to secure those awaiting markets and we have spent significant time building a solid infrastructure."

Blue Diamond Ventures will initially produce goat milk and meat. The U.S. currently has a net deficit of goat milk, cheese and other product inventory, with Australia and New Zealand as primary suppliers of the goat meat sold commercially in the U.S. There are more than 460 million goats worldwide presently producing more than 4.5 million tons of milk and 1.2 million tons of meat, mohair, cashmere and leather.

Goat cheese, goat milk ice cream, yogurt and other cultured products have entered mainstream markets and are in high demand. Blue Diamond plans to construct a creamery with a milk processing line that handles milk from receiving and cool storage through pasteurization, cool down and milk-container filling. A state-of-art cheese vat, cheese press and vacuum packaging machine, and a walk-in refrigerator for aging and storing cheese will be added to the creamery, Moaning said. Among the popular flavored cheeses the company plans to make include Cheddar, Colby, Feta, Mozzarella, Gouda and several herb-flavored soft cheeses.

Moaning also sees the untapped pet food industry as a viable market place for goat products. Esbilac, a popular milk replacement for dogs and cats, is now available in a formula made with goat milk, he said.

The second phase of Blue Diamond's goat initiative will be goat-fiber production of mohair and cashmere. Moaning said that the production of cashmere, one of the world's great luxuries, also has enormous income opportunities for the company, explaining that the fiber is quite expensive because of its remarkable softness and warmth.

About Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc.:

Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. is an agriculture, bio fuels and commercial development company with operations in Belize and the U.S. The company recently announced plans to break ground this year on a million dollar goat processing facility in Belize and aggressively market the world's most eaten meat throughout the U.S., Central America and the Caribbean. Blue Diamond will utilize 3,000 acres in Belize and 1,200 acres in Oklahoma for a goat ranch, research center and processing facility. Local farmers in Belize and Oklahoma, under a cooperative agreement with Blue Diamond Ventures, will raise the goats and process them at the company's facilities. Blue Diamond's business plan includes ethanol production, tilapia and shrimp aqua farming and raising thousands of acres of soybeans. The company is currently completing an audit to get listed on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board.

MIAMI BEACH, FL, Mar 29, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Universal Communication Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UCSY) (BERLIN: UVC) (XETRA: UVC) (FRANKFURT: UVC) (MNCH: UVC) (WKN: 917633) subsidiary AirWater Corporation president Michael Zwebner reports today that the company has closed a deal to supply more than 11,000 AirWater machines to a Japanese company, THOSO Enterprises International Group (www.thosoenterprises.com), for exclusive distribution in Japan. The deal is worth about $4.8 million, and calls for the AirWater machines to be manufactured and delivered within the next 12 months. The company will ship the first 540 machines in late April / early May and then anticipates deliveries of about 1,000 machines monthly commencing in late May / June 2007.

Michael Zwebner stated, "This is more great news for our group, following our recent announcement of $2.6 million in confirmed contracts for sales of AirWater machines to Africa, as well as our overall international standing. This second very substantial sale of our new model air to water machines proves once again that our ongoing global marketing programs are paying off. We have now finally broken into the world's big league buyers and customers, and are seeing the beginning of the mass market acceptance and distribution of our unique range of high tech air to water machines. Despite years of skepticism and doubt, this new order with all it entails, solidly and unquestionably places us as the world's 'NUMBER ONE' manufacturer and supplier of unique air to water machines. This is a position we aim to keep, maintain and grow."

Mr. Upali Keppetipola, official representative of THOSO Enterprises International Group, stated: "This is a historic deal. The Japanese government is ever so strict in giving approvals for food or drink manufacturing machines such as AirWater's and to allow importation to Japan. Finally we have now successfully obtained the official licenses to allow us to import AirWater SOHO model unit and our plans are to further introduce larger AirWater machines to Japan, machines that produce more than 5,000 liters per day for commercial purposes. My principals are also planning to build their own machines using AirWater Corp. technology, in the near future to meet the growing demand of Water Producing Machines in Japan. Finally, I would like to thank Mr. Michael Zwebner, the president of AirWater Corp., for his great help in assisting the Thoso Group of JAPAN in achieving this goal."
