mom, let's not poo poo the SEC review as a mere "excuse." If I had thought it was just an excuse I would have been out of here.
The vote was TWO FRIGGING DAYS AGO. Let them get their act together, send in the required paperwork to the SEC, and start the PR machine. If they fail to do that, I'll join the chorus.
Now I agree, it is time to shit or get off the pot. But let's not let the frustration of the last year color our perspective of the future.
