Also, I understood that the SEC review necessitated AMEP's officers remaining silent. I bought that explanation. That was why the BDC vote was so crucial.

Two days after the vote, I see all this bitching. WTF?

I take it then that the SEC review needing them to be silent explanation does not satisfy you, or the other disgruntled folks.
