Maybe cuz they want nothing to do with it OR they are indeed involved.This is why someone should contact the DTC to get some answers on whose name is on the shares.DF
Cost a little money to P/R. They aren't public anyways and if anything it made them noticed and brought some eyeballs to their website. Could also make the arguement that they had some level of involvement, the p/r's on marketwire should of been retracted if false, no one here knows for certain.
