one of these days, I may 'retire' this Nikon.. and move up a notch or two..
the virtually new Canon500 which makes much better movies.. well..the wife has kind of claimed it has her's.. ya know..the "we need to keep this one NICE" thing..
and she don't won't me carrying in around in pocket, car floor board or where it happens to wind up like the nikon..
lol..
so maybe I go scope out ebay or walmart or something sometime..mine is getting to be aggravating.. it has a burnt sensor thing too.. a darkish circle on a blue sky..I find example.. wait a minute..oh here's one..the other day about mid-day coming by the lake.. above the mound of trees is a very faint silver dollar sized darkish circle..or at least I can see it on my monitor.. not real noticeable, but i notice.. :)
Russelln..I have like a pistol/rifle range up thru the woods and I was blowing the soot out of my Browning .22 auto yesterday..I have heavy metal plate swinger type targets at 25, 40, 50, 75 and 100 yds.. ANYWAYS, I got me an idea..this is just first trial 'movie' clip but went and got camera, set it up on concrete block, turned it on 'movie' mode, ran back about 25 yards and let her fly.. Photobucket has this re-mix option where you can choose and add music but have never tried it.. hey, it drowns out the clicking..lol..you can see 22 bullets vaporizing a bit when hitting steel plate.. it's a little game I play like, not only hitting the plate, but timing the shot to hit plate of steel to swing it higher.. like pushing a child higher in a swing.. well, it's a crude first re-mix vid but I'll be having maybe some movies of blowing up milk jugs of water with deer rifle, and stuff..maybe in the future..LOL..
