They haven't! That's why you have to wonder about today's release. Is Globetel just name dropping here or do they really intend on doing good business?
Raytheon brings instant credibility to anyone who draws their interest. Unfortunately, it seems our company has been busy spending all their time and money promoting the idea and not funding the project appropriately. IMO, Globetel ruined their chance a long time ago and we're just now hearing about the good potential they had lined up.
I hope I'm wrong, but I get the feeling it's too late.
