So,

my perception is IdentiPHI is trying to leverage some existing relationship with one or several Dell execs to market whatever products they are developing.

It would seem to be a daunting financial and technological undertaking to create products that will effectively compete with Wave.

Any feel for the size of IdentiPHI, its technological expertise, or its financial situation?
