It ain't a merger... it's an ACQUISITION of a private company!

NO MERGER to be posted about! Only terms negotiated by the two parties! DKL owners settle their assets into NNSR and become partners/employees of NNSR for a buck and other valuable considerations! (maybe shares of NNSR, or a schedule of cash payments over time)

Not a whole lot to figure out... except the terms that are of interest to the principles in the transaction... not likely to be told to owners holding "less than a cent a share stock!"
