There is no other way to describe the contract other than by title which is --“$82 Million I-515 Beltway Interchange Project.” Their dollar portion as a sub contractor is clearly stated. To make a statement of completion on a Nevada Highway project without the title would be unverifiable.

It is a Press Release. Nothing in it is false or misleading. Press Releases reflect their issuer's preferred interpretation or positive packaging of a story. The text of a release is usually written in the style of a news story, with an eye-catching headline and text written in standard journalistic inverted pyramid style. Unlike conventional press releases of yore, written for journalists' eyes only in hopes the editor or reporter would find the content compelling enough to turn it into print or electronic news coverage, the optimized press release is typically posted on an online news portal. The headline is optimized for search engines.

Your post is gone but I'll answer anyway

The statement about the highway project maybe grandstanding a bit, but it’s not the truth embellished but rather embellished with truth. I suppose one could be misled by the truth if it were a desire and a place you wanted to be.

With the other items you mentioned I agree, they should be explained further.
The AV merger just doesn’t seem to fit the time line and the $80 million needs to be defined.
Share buy back is a very relevant and I assume will be addressed with cannons blasting come Fri.
As far as the NASDAQ floor burp, it’s not the first time that mistake has been published within a pr. To me it’s nothing more than a point of curiosity how that mistake enters publication.
