DTL, the headline is technically true. It's still outlandishly misleading.

"X Company Completes Work on $150 million project".

or the real life example:

"SEMCO completes work on $82 million I-515 beltway interchange project" in big bold letters.

Those headlines are those which a scared man would publish. Are PLNI's future prospects so bad that we have to re-write headlines to shoot potential new investors into a completely different direction than what the facts are?

"Oops Oh yea, what we didn't mention in that big bold headline is that we were only contracted to do 0.29% of that $82 million project" in regular font in the press release.
