Personally I think Fan is full of crap! Did you read the post by Cflynn last week? Pretty much sums it up for me. It also proves what Charltuna has been saying for months.

I could recap everything Gaisian Lloyd has done to us and the reasons to make the case for him being in on the Big Scam, but I think the way he has treated all of you says enough. His lack of communication with the shareholders, failure to deliver on promises (forensic audit, anyone?) and the failed "transparency" show he can not be trusted.
As stockholders, are you able to push for criminal charges?
