I suppose it would have to be scafolding........GIRL, to the top of the chimney...........OK. picture this .......me on a scaffold, 30 feet up, in a picture hat (the sun, you know) with a glass of burbon (and ice, I'm NOT an animal) white gloves,(again, I was NOT raised by wolves)......and a paint brush. WHAT could go wrong??????
