OI !!!!!!!!! the foundation had water damage.......dig, seal, refill.......add 3 tons of concrete under the house and raise support posts onto concrete pads.............THEN bolt the foundation.............AND add plywood shear walls so that the house will stand during a quake.......

Eat well, It could be worse............I'm SURE we'll get thru it all......at least I had the line of credit on the house set up so that I COULD pay them. AND my Husbear just went back to work. It WOULD be handy to have the $10-12 grand that QTN owes him............or at least a W-2, so that we could claim what was withheld, and get a tax refund.

I was wrong in my Sat. nite/Sunday morning post, Gin is not satan..........a big old 1920s HOUSE is Satan........or at least his idea..........:)although I would rather have had a HEAD wound than my Sunday hang-over.........gin........grrrrrrrrr
