#67751 RE: risk_it_us #67730

I sent an e-mail to the attorneys to see what kind of response I would get. Here's the response:

Dear Shareholder:

Thank you for your e-mail.

You are automatically a member of the Class if you purchased the stock during the class period set forth in the Complaint - notwithstanding potential disqualification in certain circumstances - however, the period of time in which to petition the Court to become a lead plaintiff
in this matter has expired.

You can read the Complaint online at www.glancylaw.com.

Generally, Defendants will provide names of shareholders at their last known address who held the stock during the Class Period to the Court-appointed Claims Administrator, who will then send you a proof of claim if and when the case is settled. To ensure you receive a proof of claim, you must watch news of the stock for announcement of settlement
and appointment of a Claims Administrator. This announcement will include a cut-off date for the filing of a proof of claim. You should call the Claims Administrator and ask for a proof of claim as soon as possible after the date of the announcement if you have not already been sent a proof of claim form in the mail automatically. Make sure you
have received or have requested a proof of claim prior to the cut-off date and make sure to send it in before that cut-off date.

This firm does not automatically update shareholders in class action lawsuits. Feel free to send us an email occasionally if you want an update on the progress of the litigation.

Thank you,

Daniel Rann
