Perhaps you could call them and point out to them that they don't have a clue, and then maybe they could GET one. Since you seem to know more about the company than they do.
May I suggest, since YOU are the one having the problem with the IR dept, and since none of US are.. maybe YOU ought to be the one calling again, and getting the answers you want/need? Wouldn't that be alot simpler than telling us what's bothering YOU... again? and again? Do you just copy/paste your posts over and over again? I think I've seen this one 5 times already.. Once.. MAYBE twice will suffice, don't you agree?
I have 1 question for you. Have you contacted EI about your concerns? If you have, then please tell us what they said. If not then stop wasting space on this board. You have gone over this over and over and over. Yet, you will not do what is suggested.
