May I suggest, since YOU are the one having the problem with the IR dept, and since none of US are.. maybe YOU ought to be the one calling again, and getting the answers you want/need?
Wouldn't that be alot simpler than telling us what's bothering YOU... again? and again?
Do you just copy/paste your posts over and over again? I think I've seen this one 5 times already.. Once.. MAYBE twice will suffice, don't you agree?
